The game also offers full PlayStation VR support. Multiplayer fans can join a friend for local split-screen action, or try online races for up to ten, and there are several different modes to try, including Survival, which is time-based, and Catch-Up and Wolfpack, where gamers flee or pursue other racers. Gamers are encouraged to drive as fast as possible to earn points for upgrading their character and bike, but NPC riders may skid in front of players or even knock them over. Moto Racer 4, like the entries that have come before it, at least makes some attempt at offering players a fair level of depth, but it just all falls rather flat. Motorcycle fans can compete in high-speed street racing or soar through the air on dirt bikes in Moto Racer 4.
